My name is Luděk Chovanec, I'm a mountaineer and navigator. I've sailed over 30,000 nautical miles across four oceans, and I'm happy to share my love for the sea with you. I organize recreational and sports sailing trips all over the world.
During the 'Setka Atlantic Challenge' project, I practically became half-Polish, and I'd be happy to arrange your boat registration in Poland. It's the most advantageous registration in the world: no technical inspections, it's valid for life, and it costs next to nothing. I am even able to register a boat with incomplete or almost entirely missing documentation. I can arrange the MMSI for the AIS transmitter and the EPIRB registration.
Experiences at sea cannot be conveyed, they must be shared. Time spent at sea strengthens old friendships and creates new ones.

I hold the Czech Maritime Authority's Yachtmaster Ocean ('A') qualification, and I am an examiner for practical sailing master exams. On every trip, it's possible to take a practical course to earn your skipper's license.

A number of crisis situations can occur at sea. We will cover the most common ones and teach you how to resolve them safely and effectively.
At sea, we can sail under any flag. Large cargo ships are often registered in Panama, Liberia, the Marshall Islands, etc. For a private yacht, one of the most advantageous countries for registration at the moment is Poland. Why is that? Polish registration is:
Because, from experience, I know that many sailors want to register their yacht as cheaply as possible, I offer two options for completing the registration.
You will provide me with the original documents for your boat. I will take care of preparing them, translating them, submitting the application, communicating with the authorities, and collecting the registration in Poland.
In approximately 1–2 months, I will return the documents and the registration to you.
